Way of the Pole Dancer (5e)
Monks that follow the Way of the Pole Dancer seek to use the environment to their advantage to stand their ground while letting their enemies come to them. They use their physical skills and understanding of rhythm and movement to befuddle and even enrapture their opponents. Some may scoff at an opponent that seems to dance more than fight¸ but much like their Monastic kin the Drunken Masters¸ it is a mistake to underestimate a Way of the Pole Dancer Monk. Maybe you want to play a character that's a bit theatrical but Bard just doesn't get to punch enough things. Maybe you want a more gymnastic character¸ or are drawn to the innuendo. Perhaps you'd just like a monk that gets some benefits from letting the enemy come to them? All that and more are here¸ give Way of the Pole Dancer a try. A two-page sub-class for 5E monks¸ PG rated as written. Let me know what you think¸ constructive input always appreciated!
