The Cursed Halls of Barad-Mor (5e)
Deep in the Darkspine Mountains an immortal wizard survives by feeding on the souls of the nomadic tribes that call the valleys their home. The undead abominations at his command are the most terrible ever witnessed by mortal eyes. The tales of his cursed lair are legend among the peoples of the Darkspine¸ as are the tales of treasures deep within the mountain forged in the primal elemental fury of dragon's fire. The Cursed Halls of Barad-Mor is a stand-alone dungeon for high level characters. It can easily be inserted into any 5th edition campaign as a place of ancient knowledge and terrible curses¸ haunted by vicious undead creatures. A brief history of the location and the lich that currently occupies it is included at the beginning of the book¸ and a brief explanation of dragonforged weapons and armor is included at the end. The Halls and their undead overlord could easily be used as a grand final encounter for a group of powerful adventurers¸ a stepping off point for even more delves below the Darkspine Mountains¸ or even just a lone dungeon crawl filled with fantastic treasures and terrible foes. This dungeon is compatible with Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition under the Open Gaming License. Thank you.
