Finding Kat (5e)
This is a woodland adventure that can be ran as a one-shot or easily added to an existing campaign with a couple very small tweaks (its a message delivery mission involving two ambushes so a tweak to the message is all that's really needed to add to most any campaign). This package includes: A 2.5 hour adventure for 1st-4th level characters set in the Border Forest area of Faerun (although it can be ran in any woodland setting). Printable faction missive to be used as a player handout (with assets and directions to fold it into an origami owl for added flare). Supplemental monster tents which can be placed over the DM screen to track initiative and stats. Map dimensions that are compatible with the official D&D Adventure Grid and terrain features that are compatible with the Dungeon Tiles Reincarnated Wilderness kit. VTT-friendly assets including the maps¸ audio files¸ creature icons¸ and player handouts. Fully built out and mapped village which can be dropped into most any campaign. New Emerald Enclave subfaction¸ the Instars. Over 50 pages of material in total. Bonus Encounter Written for Dungeon Masters¸ this extra module is designed to be a reusable resource throughout a campaign's tier 1 advancement and can be used any time characters go near or through a forest. Whether your session has an extra 30 minutes of game time¸ your players want to gather resources for professions¸ or you just don't have time to fully prepare for your weekly session¸ this module provides a valuable go-to resource for every Dungeon Master with all the rules in one spot. It provides: Consolidation (and slight modification) of harvesting¸ searching¸ foraging¸ and gathering expedition rules from: XGE¸ PHB¸ DMG¸ ToA¸ and Amarune's Almanac. 20 creatures¸ 13 of which are harvestable for crafting items or components. Rules for taming and training wild animals as mounts. 31 plants from 5e and legacy editions providing harvestable items that can be used in crafting professions¸ magic items¸ or as spell components. 5 new items: two poisons¸ small iron boots¸ shadow-wood rope¸ and giant boar variant trainable as a mount. 18 official fifth edition and legacy edition documents were used for source material¸ as well as 3 third-party publications.
