Archetype Compendium IV (5e)
Here are four more archetypes ready for play in your campaign. In this installment¸ sorcerers take center stage. With only two sorcerer bloodlines available in the PHB¸ more options for players were needed. Here is a brief look at the four new bloodlines: Aberrant Bloodline - while sorcerers are inherrently exotic¸ those who can trace their ancestry to an aberration are among the most exotic. The warped magic of the Far Realm offer such beings unique magical powers. Elemental Bloodline - the raw energies of the elemental planes course through these sorcerers¸ who find themselves with a natural aptitude for casting spells with the element of their ancestor. Fey Bloodline - the Faerie Court often intermingles with mortals¸ creating bloodlines that manifest fey magic. These sorcerers have a natural affinity for illusion and deception. Fiendish Bloodline - those with magical talent who trace their ancestry to a fiend often discover that their magic takes on a fell aspect as it develops. Fiendish sorcerers are often drawn into the machinations of the immortal fiends that spawned their magic generations ago.
