RPG Battle Map (3) + Short Scenarios. Hand drawn¸ Digital Product (Bundle)
Three authentic battle maps for D&D type games. Can be printed or used digitally. 1) Ambush in the Forest. Bandits had cut down one of the trees to block a road. One of them is laying on the road as if unconscious¸ others are waiting in the trees. Some of the trees are old and dry¸ can be easily inflamed. Near the road there is a cross¸ underneath it a single cursed dime is buried¸ one side is damaged. The person who picks it tends to find gold where it shouldn't be¸ but will loose twice as much through various means. Perfect location for battles whilst travelling in the woodlands. 2) Boat chase! Players are escaping through the torrential flooded river from enemies (paper boats¸ which slide on map are recommended). One player has to wheel¸ while at least 2 others must row. There are runes marked on the rocks¸ which indicate how sharp the turnings are. On each turn specific checks are required to see if players manage to row it off (and hold on to the ship¸ if a player is not wheeling or rowing). Each unsuccessful rower's roll leads to damaging the ship. If a wheeler fails a roll¸ the ship is damaged and slowed. Angles are sharp and it is possible to overturn with a whole ship or lose some players into the water. In addition¸ every time the ship gains damage from outer sources (enemy attacks) the same roll check is required to be repeated. The ship is being chased down by at least 2 other ships¸ which can ram and board or use ranged attacks. Alternatively¸ the ship is being attacked by a few ixitxachitl¸ which are hiding underneath water¸ but just before turns or when ship is slowed/damaged jumps out from one side ship to another. Uses long tails to harass/catch players (one of the most captivating scenes if narrating is done right). Unique and interesting map to spice the game¸ works really well in the Underdark. Third and the most comprehensive scenario is available after purchase in picture 4¸ as it is quite dark and detailed. Supporting the shop means more¸ better maps in the future! Also¸ it would be possible to order a physical map.
