T7-1899 The Minds of Tomorrow (d20)
In 1891 a historic merger of the biggest monopolistic businesses in America resulted in the formation of the giant corporate identity known as the Trust. Within eight years of its inception¸ the Trust gained the assistance of the enigmatic luminiferous entities known as the LEE. The LEE helped them develop the sophisticated technology required to manufacture etheric rock. This seemingly limitless new fuel source would end up heralding in the Second Industrial Revolution. By 1899 the etheric rock steam engine was crowned King of the Steam Age.
The Robber Barons of the Trust now own everything; including the very streets of New York City. If they aren't stopped soon¸ the Trust will continue to dominate the markets until they have taken over the world.
Can the workers unions stop the mighty Trust before an all out war between the upper and lower classes breaks out? Or will the Trust quash them before their plans can even come into fruition?
